The pole worked great at lengths of 8ft to about 15ft. Everything was working smoothly until I needed a little more reach from the pole. So to reach the areas I needed to reach I maxed the pole out. The poles all started to sway and slightly bend. This made it very difficult to work with and put all the telescopic pieces back to the 8ft unintended pole. Overall it got the job and that what I wanted.
