It even picks up paper.

This is a well built grabber. It is solidly built with aluminum pipe body, and heavy duty grabbers. It also has a magnet inbedded in the side of one of the grabber, but I am not sure how much use that will get.
It works great for getting jars/cans off of a shelf, as expected. But Mary found another use for it. It works great for picking up the dog toys. It will also pick up sale papers, or scraps of paper off the floor. It even worked on the stuffing from a toy the dogs destroyed! It is going to see a lot of use around here!
One thing I have to figure out is if it is possible to change the trigger to close the grabber to be positioned like a pistol grip instead of being parallel to the shaft.
