Spring Preparation:   

Thoroughly clean your surface area after winter to remove debris.

Summer Maintenance:  

Keep surfaces clean by removing spills and debris regularly.  

Use outdoor rugs or mats in high-traffic areas to reduce wear.  

Fall Winterization:  

Remove leaves and debris to prevent moisture buildup.  

Clean surface thoroughly and apply a waterproof sealant to protect against harsh winter weather. 

Winter Protection:  

Promptly clear snow and ice to avoid damaging the surface  

Use the Right Tools to Clean Every Surface 

To keep your patio, deck, or walkways spotless and protected, follow these simple steps: 

Fill a large bucket with the appropriate soap or cleaner for the surface. 

Wet surface thoroughly. 

Scrub with soapy water and the right brush for your task. 

Rinse the area thoroughly to remove all the soap and dirt. 

Tip: For all-in-one cleaning, use a waterflow pole with a waterfed brush attachment. This allows you to wet the surface, scrub, and rinse using the same tool. 

Allow the surface area to dry completely before placing outdoor rugs, mats, planters or furniture 

Different surfaces require different types of cleaning tools and detergents to avoid damage and get the best results.  

Concrete: Use stiff bristle brushes with outdoor cleaning agent 

Brick:  Clean with stiff brushes and mild detergent  

Natural Stone: Use mild detergent or specialized stone cleaner with a broom or  brush. Avoid pressure washing. 

Wood or Composite:  For tougher stains use a deck cleaner and a specialized wood and composite deck brush. Avoid pressure washing.
