Somewhat useful

This little gem is a step or two up for the products of its kind you can find in dollar stores and the like. The construction seems sturdy and is not likely to break with normal use. The device is pretty useful for light to moderate items, though the handle being on the bottom does make heavier items a little hard to manage. All in all, good product.
